On 6 October 2026, Prof. Gjorgji Madjarov, representative of VEZILKA, the North Macedonian AI Factory, visited GRNET, coordinator of the PHAROS AI Factory project, to explore opportunities for cooperation and synergies between the two initiatives.

During his visit, Prof. Madjarov met with Prof. Stefanos Kollias, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GRNET, and Ilias Hatzakis, Project Manager of PHAROS, to discuss ways to strengthen ties between the two AI ecosystems and further develop the AI Factory Antenna network.

The visit highlights the importance of connecting European AI ecosystems and strengthening the AI Factory Antenna network.

By building relationships with European AI Factories and their respective Antennas, PHAROS AI Factory contributes to fostering a more interconnected, innovative, and competitive European AI ecosystem.
