The National Infrastructures for Research and Technology – GRNET S.A., operating under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Digital Governance, welcomed today September 27th, at its Athens premises, the Minister of Digital Strategy and Development of the German State of Hessen, Dr. Kristina Sinemus.
Members of GRNET Board of Directors, Chairman Prof. Dr. S. Kollias, CEO Dr. A. Sotiropoulos, a number of GRNET executives, experts in the field of digital transformation, as well as representatives of Konrad Adenauer Foundation emerged in a very fruitful discussion about the current status of affairs and the future of digital transformation in each country.
More specifically, the areas of interest were the design and implementation of digital services initiatives and actions for digital transformation at national & European level and the mutual exchange of technology and processes know-how and sharing best practices.
With more than twenty four years of specialized experience, GRNET advises the Ministry of Digital Governance on issues relating to the design of advanced information systems, e-Infrastructures and services. GRNET contributes to the country’s Digital Transformation via in-depth analysis, technological studies, standard solutions and specialized know-how, serving hundreds of thousands of users on a daily basis in the strategic fields of Public Administration, Education, Research, Health and Culture.
