ESA (European Space Agency) has for some years been working with agri-food and 12 October this year a new ESA kick start call will open with a focus on space enabled solutions to tackle in a responsible manner the agricultural challenges of 21st century. The call is developed together with ICT-AGRI-FOOD.
This call aims to stimulate the development of space enabled agritech value chain applications in order to tackle in a responsible manner the agricultural challenges of 21st century.
Three key objectives are defined in line with the new Common Agricultural Policy.
