A Seamless Digital Identity Experience Across the EU

Access eGovernment services easily and securely from your mobile device, wherever you are in the European Union.

This is the goal of the European Digital Identity Wallet (EUDI Wallet), implemented through the POTENTIAL project.

Each EU Member State is expected to develop its own national digital wallet, based on common European specifications. Through this wallet, citizens will be able to:

  • Securely verify their identity online

  • Access a wide range of public services, both nationally and across borders
