The event brought together Internet Exchange Point (IXP) professionals, network operators, policymakers, and industry experts from across Europe to discuss the latest developments in interconnection, cybersecurity, regulation, and operational best practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the three-day forum, participants exchanged knowledge and experiences on topics including network resilience, peering ecosystems, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance. The event also provided valuable opportunities for collaboration among the European Internet infrastructure community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GRNET was represented by Vicky Konstantinopoulou, who presented the workshop \u201cNIS2 &amp; GDPR: A Legal to Operational Perspective\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workshop focused on the timeline of incident reporting and examined the overlapping requirements of the NIS2 Directive and the GDPR framework.
