{"id":18651,"date":"2024-12-03T12:47:07","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T10:47:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grnet.gr\/?p=18651"},"modified":"2024-12-06T14:21:18","modified_gmt":"2024-12-06T12:21:18","slug":"grnet-participates-in-eudat-conference-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grnet.gr\/en\/2024\/12\/03\/grnet-participates-in-eudat-conference-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"GRNET participates in EUDAT Conference 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GRNET participates in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eudat.eu\/events\/conferences\/eudat-conference-2024\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EUDAT Conference<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, held at the ZKM Karlsruhe (Center for Art and Media), on December 3-5, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The EUDAT Conference is EUDAT\u2019s flagship event which provides a forum for the latest developments in research data management and enabling tools and solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the conference, attendees share and discuss the latest innovations and developments with delegates from different research fields that use alternative solutions, exchange best practices and experiences, and get to present their demos and posters or participate in sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first day of the event involves sessions that showcase Research Data Management (RDM) solutions that address the research data lifecycle, using posters that exhibit some of the innovators in the field and allow networking opportunities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the first day, Themis Zamani, Head of Implementation Unit of European Infrastructures and Projects Directorate at GRNET presents:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11:30-13:00 |ZKM Vortragssaal| <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eudat.eu\/eudat-conference-2024-programme-eudat-service-showcase\"><b>EUDAT Service Showcase &amp; Overview<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, featuring a presentation of B2HANDLE service<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">14:30-16:00 |ZKM Vortragssaal| <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eudat.eu\/eudat-conference-2024-programme-10-faircore-eosc-services\"><b>The 10 new FAIRECORE4EOSC Services<\/b><\/a><b>, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">featuring a presentation of\u00a0 the PID Meta Resolver.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second and third day of the conference are dedicated to providing a holistic view of the fast-changing landscape of the developments on a European level, with sessions that handle topics such as EOSC, the Data Spaces, the connection with HPC and sensitive data handling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the second day, Themis Zamani participates in the 09:30-11:00 &#8211;
