GRNET participates at <\/span>EOSC Symposium 2022<\/span><\/a>, the main EOSC annual event and takes place this year in Prague, Czech Republic, from 14th-17th November 2022 as part of the calendar of events of the Czech presidency of the Council of the EU.<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Over 500 stakeholders from ministries, policy makers, research organisations, service providers, research infrastructures and research communities across Europe and beyond are attending the Symposium to reflect on the EOSC key achievements and strategic challenges, and to identify priorities and concrete actions at the European, national, and institutional level to speed up EOSC implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n

GRNET participates at the following sessions:<\/span><\/p>\n

Monday 14th November 2022 – 6.00 pm – 8.00 pm<\/b><\/p>\n

EOSC Association TF co-chairs closed meeting \u2013 INVITATION ONLY<\/span><\/p>\n

Wednesday 16th November 2022 – 2.30pm – 4.00 pm<\/b><\/p>\n

Nicolas Liampotis, Head of AAI & European projects, is presenting \u201cStatus of the EOSC AAI Implementation\u201d during the session \u201cEOSC AAI Implementation\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wednesday 16th November 2022 – 2.30pm – 4.00 pm<\/b><\/p>\n

Themis Zamani, \u0397ead of Projects Implementation Unit, is presenting \u201cEOSC Monitoring\u201d and \u201cEOSC Accounting\u201d during the session \u201cOnboarding and Integration of services and resources in the EOSC Platform\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wednesday 16th November 2022 – 4.30pm – 6.00 pm<\/b><\/p>\n

Themis Zamani, \u0397ead of Projects Implementation Unit, is presenting\u00a0 \u201cThe EOSC PID Policy and the Task Force\u201d and is participating at the workshop that takes place within the context of the session \u201cEOSC PID Policy and FAIRCORE4EOSC: Measuring Compliance\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thursday 17th November 2022 – 11.00 am – 12.30am<\/b><\/p>\n

Dr. Ilias Papastamatiou, senior Project Manager at GRNET, is participating at the panel \u201cEOSC engagement at regional level\u201d<\/span> and is presenting \u201cEngagement in the Western Balkans\u201d about NI4OS-Europe and EOSC-Future projects. GRNET is the coordinator of the NI4OS_eu regional EOSC project.<\/span><\/p>\n
